Its three 30,000 BTU heating tubes provide outstanding power to keep up with busy restaurant orders. In addition, two wire mesh fry baskets allow you to cook different products simultaneously, while the red coated handles ensure heat protection and operator comfort. The full port drain valve makes draining used oil a quick and easy process; instead having your staff manually remove an oil pan, the drain valve prevents accidental oil spills, minimizing potentially huge liability issues.
